I just left this store. My daughter asked that I stop by to check and see if they were possibly able to monogram a shirt for my granddaughter's Birthday Disney Trip. This is a small boutique so it befuddles me as to why no one greeted me when I walked in nor did anyone come from the back of the store to offer assistance. I am sure staff was aware of my presence since the indicator went off as soon as I walked in. After approximately 5 minutes of not being acknowledged I finally left. In a customer service based business you cannot be selective about whom you serve!! It is simply not the way to go!! Good luck with future business as I will definitely NOT be back!
