I NEVERrecieved a single phone call from Richard the service advisor. It has taken over a month to get my truck back for a transfer case replacement. Very bad customer service. I can only hope the work is good becauseI will NEVER be back.

Had a transmission rebuilt about 6 months ago, and it failed Sunday March 6th. After speaking with the shop they said they would have it handled, I have informed them this is my only means of transportation. It its now March 19th and I probably wont have it back until the 23rd-24th. Probably get pushed back like last time. They aren't moving fast bc this is warranty work. Guy on phone tried arguing say it was done correctly the first time, if it was done right the first time wouldn't it have lasted longer than 6 months? Guy was very rude one the phone,even hung up on me. I spoke with someone and they said they could possibly get me a rental. my fathers daughter is in the hospital, I take my gma to dialysis 3 days a week, and im trying to prepare for Easter an a 5th birthday party.... I am at my wits end!!!!!! IF/Or this is fixed, I will change the review, until then 1 star!!!
