Recently hired Darren at LaFave White & McGivern. The level of professionalism was outstanding! Couldn't have asked for better service. I highly recommend!

I have used LaFave, White and McGivern for the purchase of a property in Clayton, and most recently, Alexandria Bay. During both transactions, they went out of their way to accommodate my scheduling needs. LW&M helped me address an undisclosed flood plain surprise at the Alexandria Bay property by completing an elevation certification, and filed paperwork with FEMA requesting a map amendment. They also uncovered an issue related to the property deed and were happy to work with my attorney to resolve the problem. Apparently this dis-satisfied client has filled the web with negative reviews of our company. The client's issue was she did not like the results of the survey and no time spent explaining the process or the basis for our results would satisfy her. This surveyor company was a waste of money, they didn't do their job and don't care about customer satisfaction at all. The surveyors don't seem to be aware of the Surveyor's Creed and Canons and certainly do not uphold them. We were ripped off and badly disappointed.
