I took my daughter to have her nails removed. They charge $10 to remove them; ok now after they removed the nails they didn't buffer or file my daughter real nails right nor did they polish them because all the other nail shops I bring them to have their nails removed does all the above without any extra charge. I promise I will not be bringing my daughters there ever again and I wouldn't care if creative nails is my last option I would never bring them there again.

Went in today because I received a gift certificate for Christmas. Told her what I wanted and she sat me right down. Said it would be a few minutes. After about 5 mins. another girl walked in and they sat her beside me. A few mins. later the same woman who told me it would be a few minutes sat down with the girl who came in after me. Took a deep breath and told myself maybe she had an appt. After about 5 more mins. she got up and started cleaning a booth from a pedicure. In the meantime another girl walked in and she asked what she wanted, so I know she didn't have an apt. Sat her down in front of me. Another 10 mins past and she sat down and started on the girl that came in after me again. Waited a few minutes and walked out. I figured out why I had to wait, even tho I was there before 2 other people. I only wanted a manicure and polish, not gel. Guess I wasn't spending enough money for them. Don't think they cared if I walked out or stayed. The problem for them is, I know a lot of people and then there's social media. Not very good advertisement for them. Oh well, they'll never see my face again.

they do an awsome job on me all the time and also on my grandaughter when she comes.

I got off at 6pm. i went straight to the shop and asked for a full set and pedicure. They said no problem. I get in the chair I had to wait almost 40 minutes for someone to service me for my pedicure. Then the owner tells a worker to do my full set while I'm getting my feet done. The young man rushed through the pedicure, and my full set is crooked. The paint on my nails has bubbles in it and some of my nails aren't painted all the way. I will NEVER let them touch me again, unless its Eyebrows. The service was horrible. They will not be doing my hands or feet ever again.

Pros:nice colors, fancy

Cons: impolite, slightly overpriced.

Not to mention one time I arrived at the shop at 6:40 and the doors were locked even though they say they close at 7pm. I only wanted a color change and they would not let me in. UNPROFESSIONAL

Did a great job on my nails! clean friendly, reasonable cost - I'm definatley going back again!
