This was my first visit to a veterinarian's office and if all clinics are like this one, I would be surprised. The 2 ladies that first came in the exam room were very compassionate and made the cat feel at ease. You could tell that they genuinely cared about this animal. Dr. Durocher came in after examining the cat and shook my hand and introduced himself. He explained the situation and prescribed a treatment plan. I was in and out in 45 minutes. When I left, I was so overwhelmed by this encounter that I was close to tears. I just want the staff and doctor to know how much I appreciate them. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Durocher has been my vet for the past 15 plus years. He has treated my 7yearold pomeranian who had parvo kept her on I.V. for 4 days. And she lived! She lived to be 17 yrs old! He also did extensive dental work on her after the age of 10 I think maybe 12. He has treated 5 poms and 2 cocker spaniels of mine in these past 15 plus years. I now have an 18 yr old pom and a 6 yrs old pom I wouldn't go to any other vet. The staff is awesome also and very caring as is the Dr.

I wouldn't think of bringing my fur babies anywhere else! When my 17 year old dogs health was starting to fail they did everything in their power to keep her comfortable. Saw her any time and even gave me advice over the phone. My vet bills were also always reasonable. When my baby finally passed, the staff literally held me and cried with me! My 7 year old lab we have now looks foward to going to the vet. The staff plays with him and allows him to give his slobbery kisses!

This is by far the best veterinarian I have found around! He speaks the truth never beats around the bush, his workers qre always friendly and knowledgeable and professional, my cat and dog has been treated very good! I will never relocate to another vet!! My pets are healthy and happy cause of Durocher!!!

Everyone at Durocher Veterinary Clinic are wonerful caring people. Took my golden retriever in for a second opinion after having concerns with the vet I've used for 9 years. During surgery they found he had cancerous tumors and we had to make the painful decision to have him put to sleep. The staff and doctors showed an amazing amount of compassion and support to me after only meeting me and my pet one time. They have been very caring in a very difficult time for me and my family. I have 5 other pets and I have made the decision to use this clinic for all of my future needs. All businesses should strive to give this type of caring and profeesional service to their clients. I live in another town and it would be more conveinent to use a different service but after the care and compassion I recieved at a devastating time for me, I won't go anywhere else.

The entire staff and Doctors are amazing. They treat my little Tessie Girl like she would be their own. The care they give to us and our pet can not be topped by any other vet clinic anywhere. Always a smile, friendly words and care is beyond what I can put into writting! Keep up the greatness and Thank you for everything!
