I love the place I've been going three for a while now and sometimes you have to wait cause it a walk in duh! But service was awesome every time I have been there!

The service at this particular location is horrible. I went in for a hair cut today and waited for over 45 minutes and was not even close to getting a haircut. There were two people ahead of me and 3 girls working in the place. The sign up sheet was hidden behind the counter and no one came over to welcome you are put the sign up sheet on the counter. None of the girls ever came over to see who was next when they finished cutting a client's hair they disappeared into a back room for extended periods of time. I finally gave up and left. They are extremely slow and the management is pathetic. No one even acknowledges customers presence. Customer service is very lacking especially in place where they are supposed to pride themselves on catering to men. I will never go back. If you have several hours to waste, go right ahead.
