Ok so the employees very friendly and helpful. Very very very poor management I reserved a room from the site with the pool and free pet stay got here and no pool open and it seems it hardly ever is plus the free pet stay is a no they charge you alot! Manager wouldn't let me cancel my reservation over what they had posted false so I was gonna be charged no matter what nor would the manger lower the price at all!!! The employees I feel bad for cause they have to deal with the Management's mess up!!!!! Room isn't very nice at all also as a entire business it isn't clean very sad that I was locked into my reservation! Please don't stay here run very fast don't stay please don't deal with what I had to hope this helps!
