I try to be open minded and support small, local businesses, but this is a "must avoid." The manicurist was a very young man, which made me question whether he might be certified AND he made me bleed! He cut deeply into my cuticles twice and I walked out before even getting to the polish. AVOID TOP NAIL & SPA!
