They aways come through

I've been sending flowers to my family through Fantasy for over a decade (ever since I headed out West). They've always made my folks very happy.

Very Disappointed!

When placing my order with this "Voted Milwaukee's Best WISN A List" florist; I was very specific in what I wanted sent to memorialize a relative. What was delivered was totally non representative of my request. Owner placed the blame on mis-communication within her business. She then agreed to replace the original silk arrangement. 6 weeks later, no such replacement has been made. I highly recommend you contact any other florist in the general area.

I am sorry I did not respond to you. It has been a while since your complaint. I do not remember any of the exact details, and it is really odd that if I had said I would replace it I would have. Especially that it is a silk item which is very unusal. If it was the one I remember, We did not get back the old piece and I did remake a new one which was delived to the family after specific flowers where shipped in for that order.
