I am the Facilities Manager of Whyco Finishing Technologies on 670 Waterbury, Thomaston, ct.. I like to thank the DOT for the response to a potential safety issue at our railroad crossing. Crossing these track it was impossible to see the upcoming traffic without being on the tracks because of the brush growth. Time of request to taking care of the issue was less than 7 days
