Went for a birthday celebration. Service was good. Food was mediocre. Had buffalo wings which were dry and hard, difficult to chew. Had potato skins which were served cold and were also hard to even cut into. Appetizer of nachos was good, but bean dip was served cold.

If I could give it a lower score I would. Several months ago I ordered take out. A simple Chicken Quesada, or so I thought. I did not look at it went I picked it up, my bad. When I got home instead of finding a golden brown savory Chicken Quesada with melted cheese, I found a dark brown to black mass with burnt cheese. The crust so hard I could not chew it. I immediately called Chili's to inform them of my find. I also pointed out to have something like this to leave the restaurant, the cook had to know it was burnt, the person who works the "TO GO" check out, who is supposed to check the food, had to know it was burnt but both allowed it to go out anyway. I spoke with the manager who apologized and said she would send me a coupon in the mail and asked for my address. Three months later I and I still have not received my coupon. So now you can understand the attitude of the other two employees. If their manager does not care about customer satisfaction then why should they, Do not waste your time and money by going to Chili's in Thomaston, Ga.
