Dispatcher was pretty rude but most of the drivers I have are the friendliest people, pretty affordable rides (in this economy LOL)

I wish I could give this taxi service a zero! I will walk before I EVER call Mimbs taxi again. They tell us one price on the phone, pick us up & pick up 2 other stops & drop us at our destination LAST! & then tell us we owe more money. Are you kidding me? Im really disappointed with this service, Tommy Mimbs. Your dispatcher should be more clear about pricing & how many stops before picking up.

The MOST horrific taxi service I've ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. I had to drop off a rental car back at Enterprise, and called this company while picking my son up and was informed my rate from Enterprise to Vega Road would be $23.00. Okay. A little steep, but I needed to get back to my vehicle. Upon the driver arriving, he informs me that it is $23.00 per passenger, not for the round this company is a complete joke, and I hope they lose business because of this review or go out of business with the way they operate. Just remember karma always comes back to bite you.
