There has only been 2 tenants who have moved VOLUNTARILY.



The other 9 were evicted for drugs, non-pymt or for stealing - either stealing from other tenants or for defrauding the government.



Its a GOOD thing to know management protects the majority of tenants who are AWESOME!!!

The negative ratings were obviously input by druggies who were kicked off the property when the "new" management was hired.



Or maybe by that person evicted for writing SEVERAL rubber checks? hmmmm



This is a great place to live and is improving with every BAD EGG that leaves! :)

MANAGEMENT IS RACIST I DONT RECOMMEND

Under new management IS AWFUL. I AM MOVING AND DO NOT RECOMMEND!
