I ordered a tuxedo for my son's prom a month in advance. Did not receive it until the day before prom. Measurements were taken at the store and my son's tuxedo was not right. Brought back to the store and the lady said that it was fine. Worst experience ever. Did not even try to rectify the situation. Needless to say this will be the last and final time I use them for a rental.

I ordered a floral arrangement for my parents anniversary, and Forget Me Not Floral & Gifts did not deliver the order on the agreed upon delivery date (their anniversary). At 10:00 am the following morning, my parents still had not recieved the arrangement or a phone call to schedule delivery. When I found this out, I called to cancel the order and the owner/manager called me "dumb." Very professional to say the least.



Only 1 message was left by Forget Me Not Floral & Gifts on their actual anniversary at approximately 12:00 pm to schedule delivery; however, the florist states they made several attempts to schedule delivery. They did NOT call me to find alternative delivery arrangements.
