HOA associated with caliber homes and Madison Grove Subdivision never replies to homeowners concerns or request in timely manner. We have lived here for Six months and the home next door has a overgrown yard and have sent in a request twice to have it corrected. We spent a lot of money in our home since owning it just to be by a neighbor who gets away with not doing the minimum to keep it clean. We almost purchased another home by caliber, but after considering all the problems, and the list is long we chose to end the agreement and canceled the sale. Home buying process is already stressful and you hope that you get the best deal and the best neighborhood possible, but this has not been the case. We put our home up for sale and thankfully sold it and will be moving out soon. I can’t think of one positive thing about the experience here. I’m just thankful we are leaving and can move on to better things. I hope if you chose to live in this community, that you did not encounter some of the issues that we did that caused us to not enjoy the home and work that we put into it.
