Great!! Returned phone call promptly. Came when promised and knew what was wrong - clogged jets. After Chuck blew them out, the mower started and runs like it did when it was new.
Repair cost was reasonable.
Will definitely get our business and referrals.

Customer service sucks. will not return phone calls!
