experience. I was greeted when I walked in the door by the girls up front with a smile. When I asked to get a car and home quote I didn't have to wait to yalk to an agent, there was in the office ready to talk to me. I walked out of Farm Bureau with car and home insurance and was very happy with the service I received from everyone in the office!
