Provided by YP.comHorrible, almost comical. First tip off should have been pulling into the parking lot and only seeing two other cars. Not just bad Mexican food, bad food in general. Half burning hot and half freezing cold. Clearly had been microwaved. Film over sauces. Hair in my brothers enchilada. Took two bites of my taco and felt ill. Manager came over to ask us how was the food, we just asked for the check. Should have complained. Then the check came... $93 for 3 people... for trash on a plate... we paid just to leave. Knowing I never have to go back there again was the best part of the meal. At least i now have a funny food horror story to share with friends, and for mere $100

Provided by YP.comHey all of you readers out there my name is Mike. I decided to stop on by on a Friday night last week. There weren't a lot of cars in the parking lot, but I decieded to stop in any way. As I walked my way through the doors, the first thing I saw was a smile. The employee was very sweet to me and my wife. She was very polit and didn't hover when she was taking our table. She did check up on us to see how we were doing and asked if we needed anything else. So that is when we ordered the margaritas. Their house margarita which let me tell you was rock'n. At first I thought that the service would be bad, but the review I read was a total lie. I'll tell you now if you think that the reviews below are accurate there not.I had order the three tacos which by the way weren't burnt nor cold. The tacos were just right. There was so much food on my plate I couldn't manage to eat it all in one sitting. I had my choice of meats and for my wife they are veggie friendly. The salsa was so good that I bought 8 0z of it! My wife had a Linda with veggies. She at the end ordered one to take home thats how good it was. It wasn't burn't. Come on now people try this place out. If you don't like their food your mad crazy. People always tell me that there is no good mexican place after Casa Mariachi closed, but there food was straight out of sysco. These people are real. They are no taco bell. I have recemmended this place to family and friends. The even better part is that i am going back today for dinner!

Provided by YP.comDecide to stop in on a Friday night @ 6pm, and noticed that there were only 4 cars in the lot. That should of been a hint. Walked in, and was seated. Noticed the prices were a little high, but ordered anyway. I had the blackbean soup for an appitizer, and it seem that a can of blackbeans was open, put in a bowl, and nuked. Wife and I both ordered the fajitas. It seemed like it was baked in a sauce, rather that fried or in a skillet. The fajita's had absolutely no taste at all.
I told the waitress that the food had no taste, and I guess she told the chef, because he peeked thru the kitchen window and threw a dirty look my way.
In a nutshell, I have to say I rather go to Taco Bell, then this place again.
Avoid it at all cost!

Provided by YP.comThis restaurant has only been open a few days and based on their quality of food and service will only remain open days. My son and I ordered taco's (3) and he had a quesidilla. Two of the three tortillas were burnt and inedible, the beans tasted like they had come out of a can and were still cold. The quesidilla was cold and the cheese inside not melted so fell out when my son lifted it. The meal cost $24 with two unsweetened ice teas. Unfortunately the waitress didnt care about the food as I never had the opportunity to tell her about my food as she never returned so i paid the busboy. I advise against eating at del rio until they make a dramatic improvement.
