Wonderful people. Very helpful. Affordable. My stuff was completely safe. Never had issue with my stuff being damaged. Also rented U-Hauls from them. Nice upgraded trucks. Gas efficient. Quick service. Will do business with again.

(UHAUL SERVICE)POOREST SERVICE EVER!! Do not depend on them to deliever what is RESERVED because you willl get a phone call the day of the reservation to let you know you must travel MILES out of your way to pick up a UHAUL that isn't even the same size you desired!! After speaking with regional customer service, it was explained that they didn't know of the problem because the MANAGER at I-20 self storage didn't make them aware of the problem until HOURS before the time of pick up!! REALLY!! THE MANAGER AT I-20 SELF-STORAGE TOTALLY dropped the ball and made UHAUL loose my respect!!!
