I began using J&J when I first moved to town and had no problems with the regular dry cleaning. The service was always done on time and with a clean, crisp, crease. The staff is always friendly at this shop, but the seamstress that they use leaves A LOT to be desired. I have put in 3 different pairs of uniform pants to be altered, and EVERY time they came back something was wrong. The seamstress "Pins and Needles" has taken my pants in, instead of out twice, and the last time I brought my pants in for $25.00 in services all she did was take up the legs when I needed a button and taking out as well. I was charged full price for work not done. Should I go back and demand it fixed again? No, sadly I have chosen not to keep dealing with this seamstress and use another company. J&J needs to seriously look at who is doing their work. Great people, terrible outside service. If you are looking for alterations, DO NOT USE J&J!!!
