The Law Enforcement Section is governed by the Georgia Wildlife Resources Division. The section works to protect Georgia's wildlife by enforcing laws, rules and regulations. It also administers the state's hunter education and boating safety programs. The section investigates violations of wildlife laws, as well as hunting and boating incidents. In addition, the Law Enforcement Section conducts classes and programs to educate citizens about wildlife laws and safety practices.
