When it works, it works great, but in less than 3 months I have had to have one replaced 2 times and once again the one they sent me has failed again. This time though, even though I paid about $60 for a one year warranty for 3 of the units, they will not do any repairs because a glitch in their system did not charge me for 2 of the payments. I understand one or two times it screwing up and I can understand they would like their money, and I will pay them, but I think the way it was stated was poorly. This is absolutely annoying to deal with. Maybe you will have better luck with yours and maybe most people have had better luck, but this has been my experience since 9/21/16 and the third one failed in the beginning of December. This past week I have now complained to the BBB about this issue.

Update. I did receive a call from them a few weeks ago to get their money, but I was just leaving for work and told Dawn to call me back later that day, but I never heard from her since then. She also told me she would start the process to have my device returned and replaced, but that also never happened. I let her know I wrote some complaints on websites and complained to the BBB, but not only have I not heard back from them, but they have not responded to the BBB complaint. Their rating on the BBB is a C at this point in time as my complaint has not closed yet.
