Dr. Nervick Rocks, she was patient, kind, and informed me every step of the way. I have had two exams before this one in the last five years (Costco, Denver health) which were assembly line experiences at best. this was a whole differentworld, Dr. Nervick cares there is no better way to explain it this is the first time I am absolutely sure my prescription is accurate. I made a appointment for my 62 year old mother at bright eyes vision clinic in thornton last week. I just moved my mother from honduras and needed to get her eyes checked because of her diabetes. They got her seen soon which i liked. Girls up front are not very friendly, but as soon as the tech adam, called us back which i believe was a student from pima, was very helpful and sweet to my mother. He explained everything very well and answered all her questions, super down to earth and gentile on his part. The doctor was very hyper and rambled on way to much with my mother which my mother had no clue what she was saying. we felt her part of the testing was a bit rushed and not explained to the fullest. Lower end clinic but not bad overall was happy i would go back.

I called in to ask a few elementary questions about the eye exams and what they consist of before I brought my children in. I explained everything to the woman who answered the phone and asked my questions. She couldn't answer one of the questions I asked and she put me on hold to go find out the answer. So, I sat on hold and after a few minutes someone else got on the phone and asked what I needed. I told her that there was a lady helping me who went to find out an answer to a question I had and I said that I would like to wait for her. This lady told me that the other lady was with a customer and really busy so...what did I want to do. So I had to re-explain everything to this woman who was less than pleased to be answering anything.

I was a bit apprehensive after reading the posted reviews. However, everything went great. Wait time was very short; maybe five minutes. The technician and the optomatrist were both personable, thorough, and professional. I was most pleasantly surprised by the eyeglass selection staff. Unlike prior bad experiences with Pearl Vison, the staff at Bright Eyes explained all of my options and the related prices after the insurance deduction; so there was no sticker shock when I received the final bill. The interior design is not like a "Cherry Creek Boutique" but I'd rather not pay for expensive furnishings and look an eyeglass selection I could never afford.

I had an appointment in the clinc everything was great really good girls and really helpfull... The doctors are amazing and really educated. But after having some problems whit the ordering of my glasses i had to deal whit the worst unprofessional rude nappy hair manager. I have never encounter whit such a bad maneger, she roles her eyes she looks durty and not to say about her makeup, it seems like she has not wash her face in days but in my oppinion i think they should really consider doing something because if not i will be moving my family, friends and my self to the new clinic gust down the rode. rude rude rude

let me start out by saying the quality of frames they had for my daughter were amazing best in the area. First off they made my daughters lenses wrong went back the lady at the front was very nice and apologetic......she notified her managers i think one was a man wearing a stained jersey and the other was a lady who looked like she rolled out of bed and went to work so not professional. she rolled her eyes and said they will be done in another 7-10 days then they both went to the back. not okay if it wasnt for the dr -or the young lady up front i would of just told them to choke on the glasses :) but i guess you get what you pay for.

The customer service is improving, thanks to the people who've come forward and complained.I had to get my glasses fixed, and the lady was very nice. Turns out I had a screw loose.

This is not somewhere they have any kind of customer service. They are very rude; the "ladies" at the front desk have an attitude that resembles one that works in a prison. You ask a question and they act like you are bothering them. Then they make you wait over a half hour for your appointment but if your more than ten minutes late they will reschedule you for two weeks later.(and they do not care how it inconveniences you one bit) Very poor professionalism! If it wasnât for the Doctor who is actually pretty nice Iâd go elsewhere. They will be okay though itâs pretty clear they cater to the Medicaid community, and if you close your eyes you may feel like your having a culture experience and mistake yourself for being in a Walmartâ¦.

The guy at the front desk was horrid. We stood there for close to 5 minutes before he even asked us what we wanted, and even then he never looked up from whatever we were doing, and it was worded "What do you want" literally. Once we were finally taken back, the nurses and doctors were very friendly, but again, when my son went to pick out his glasses the front counter staff completely ignored us. After we picked out the lenses we had to deal with the rude guy again who just basically had no personal skills. When we went back to pick the glasses up, they handed them to us and walked off. I had to ask for a case, and if they needed for me to sign anything. Pathetic.

This "vision clinic" has some of the most unfriendly people working for them. They have no expression on their rude faces. They all must have some kind of training because every last one of them is like talking to a brick wall. The signs on the walls are in spanish. This vision clinic caters to the non-English speaking community. Maybe they are nice to them? The dr was not to friendly either and in my opinion does not like contacts and maybe it's because he doesn't make as much money as glasses. I don't want glasses d-bag. If I would recommend not going there. And I see there is a review obviously written by an employee of bright eyes because it is very untruthful.

THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK WERE VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL ESPECIALLY THE GUY WORKING AT THE FRONT DESK. HE WASN'T HELPING ANY OF THE CUSTOMERS AND ON TOP OF THAT HE WAS MAKEING FUN OF THE PEOPLE TRYING THERE GLASSES ON. I THINK THEY NEED TO FIRE THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK AND HIRE SOME PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY TAKE THERE JOBS SERIOUS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND I DONT RECOMMED ANY TO GO THERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!

Overall, I was not very impressed with the service here. The front desk people were rude and unhelpful, and I was there for an hour past my appointment time before they came and brought me to an examination room. I barely had any time with the actual doctor, most of the exam was performed by a young guy who clearly had little training or knowledge of what he was doing. They kept moving me around to different exam rooms for no apparent reason. The doctor seemed to know what he was doing, but was generally very disdainful and cautionary about contact lens care. Glad my insurance will cover everything, because I wouldn't want to give these people a dime. If you want to find a long term eye care facility, look someplace else.
