Do not for any means live there or rent the clubhouse. The lady there (Arlene) is so rude and unprofessional. She acts like she hates her job and is very unreasonable. I had questions about my parents living arrangements and she didnt want to cooperate and talked down to me. Then renting the clubhouse-forget about it. She made lame excuses for us to go back several days later to clean for her when she said shes had other events after ours. Dont do it!
