This is the WORST place I have ever been too..After 2 months, the belly piercing scabbed up, the skin fell off, and the ring fell out. I have taken care of three tattoos and eight piercings so I knew quite a bit about keeping up with them. The piercing was not infected nor did it reject- that would cause it to be very painful. I regret coming here and will continue going to my original place. I guess you get what you pay for. Not only did I go through the ring falling out but I have called twice trying to talk to someone- Left voice mails because they don't like to answer the phone, and NEVER got a call back! You call that Customer Service?

I tried to get a small tattoo done by him, and he is horrible. He wouldn't listen to what I wanted, then he told me to come back if I didn't like it????? WTF? A 1" tattoo and I have to come back and have it fixed? For real? No thanks, I will head to another spot that uses real artists instead of cartoon drawings. He sucks!!!!!

After searching for the "right place with the right vibe" for quite a lengthy time and coming up blank, I started looking online for reviews on tattoo shops. Obviously I looked for the highest rated and had my search narrowed down to 2. The first one (only first due to closer location) met me with an elitist attitude and what seemed to be a complete ignorance of what I was asking for (references all in hand). The second was Mile High Tattoo... what a difference. My husband, son and I were met by the very friendly Van and spoke with Matt Garner who actually took the time to listen, offer suggestions, and seem excited to do the work. The shop was clean and professional with the vibe I was seeking... not a club, not a morgue! The price was exactly what I had expected and budgeted and the portfolios were excellent. Obviously, I booked an appointment. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. I was looking for a cover up of a 24 year old "steaming kidney" on my arm (not really a kidney, but 24 years ago it was a flaming heart) and Matt did such an amazing job in a 3 hour sitting (oh, I was remiss in stating that shop 1 vaguely told me this "could take up to two 4 hour sittings due to blah blah and blah...."). I left with a turtle that was intricate and beautiful. He was not only thorough in the artwork, but likewise in the after care steps. I left with no questions and no concerns and a tattoo that I CAN live with and love forever :-) I will never go anywhere else but here, neither should you!

I was in today to get a new tattoo from Paul at Mile Hi. He is so great, listened to what I wanted and absolutely wowed me with his art. I wanted a cross and I brought him a drawing, he redid and added so much life and detail its amazing. I've definitely found me new tattoo artist, did I mention he's super normal too? hahahahaaa, some scary people in this industry

I have searched for THE place I will be tattooed for what feels like forever. I discovered Mile Hi Tattoo when I asked the most beautifully tattooed girl where she got her sleeves. She pointed me to Doug at Mile Hi and although he is not there anymore I found Chappy who I am thrilled to have found. He is professional, talented and patient. Everyone was really nice and I just had the best experience there. Have gone back for 3 sessions and will bring all of my friends down this summer. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

this business was very bad to a good friend of mine who worked there and they rip off thier tattoo artist.do not give the owner your money

I know for a fact they take walking-but because the artists are so awesome it can be hard because they're booked.that's not a bad thing!and deposits are not refundable because that's the whole point of a deposit!so they don't half to turn away walk ins so people actually show up!lol. Great shop!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Everyone is super friendly, and does good work. I just recently went into another shop to watch my friend get while she was getting a tat, the place was disgusting. The guy was really rude, and didnt say one word to us while he was tattooing her. Not only that the place was FILTHY!! YUCK!!!! That is why I ONLY go to Mile Hi, the people is friendly, it has a good at vibe, and IT IS CLEAN!

I have gotten all of my piercings done at mile high. they all healed perfectly and when my belly button rejected the piercing they did another for free around a month later. don't know what the person below is talking about..they offer refunds and are very friendly. I refuse to go anywhere else.

I had an awsome tattoo designed by Doug which I really liked. I just had it done this past Saturday and I love it..All I told him was that I wanted to have an orchid vine done and he took care of the rest..Thank you!!

great artest and a comfortable place to be. The mile high tat crue got a 5 star for being one of the best tattoo shops that ive been in and the only one that gets my cash.
