Sent a complaint about the previous owners to Better Business Bureau. The complaint was sent to the new owners who never answered the complaint. Now they have a bad rating with BBB.As new owners, you should have accepted the contracts from the customers of the previous owners. We had no clue the previous owners were closing until the day they closed. You would not let us come in to fulfill our contract. Therefore, we lost several days of tanning.

I am very happy with this tanning salon. It is always very clean . The girls are very friendly. Some of them even know me by name.The prices are very affordable and I never have to wait more then a few minutes, but hardly even that.

I went to a few other salons in my area and was very disappointed with the lack of customer service and rediculous prices! I came apon Paradise Tans on my way to work and thought I'd give it a try. Right away I was greeted with a friendly person who knew what she was talking about. She wasn't pushy, she had me and my best interest at heart. They are also very very clean. I liked the different packages they had and she didn't force me to sign a contract and ask for my ss#. Thanks Paradise Tans and Staff! I knew there had to be one great tanning salon out there! :-)
