Avoid living here at all costs!!!! They are deceitful, dishonest, and outright ruthless. They micro-manage trash (who does that??) there is no parking if you get in late, the people in the office are the most worthless people on the face of the planet. Nicole, especially, is someone that would smile and tell you to have a nice day while stabbing you in the heart. Seriously, do not rent from these people. When we moved out, they charged us with things that were already broken when we moved in, and knowing them, they probably didn't fix them so they can charge the other guy. When we moved in, they forgot to clean things, and we lived two weeks without or kitchen cabinet doors because they were stained, disgusting and they took them to refinish them. They expect you to keep all the rules, pay on time all the time, but when you come back at them with things you need it's an act of congress to get it done. I can go on all day about this place!!! We didn't have the money to pay our bill after moving out, so I requested to pay in payments, which they reluctantly accepted. I got paid on a Monday, and the same day sent a cashier's check through priority mail. It got there 2 days late, and they took me to collections!!!!



DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE. DO NOT SUCCUMB TO THEIR SMILEY FAKE FACES!!!!
