Went in to purchase a new phone. They weren't real familiar with their products. I was sold a card to transfer my pictures from my old phone to my new phone, they were all lost nothing on card. SO disappointing, no sorry no nothing except that was weird. Went back next day to a different person, all my contact phone numbers were gone only email addresses. I was then told it was a gmail/google problem, really? It was the way it was synced. I won't go back to this location couldn't even get a manager to talk to me, maybe they really weren't there either day. I had verizon for many years, moved to Thornton and the only service that worked in my house was T-mobile, big mistake, should should have got a land line.

I went in this store very upset about my Bill. Tasked to Alex and he is the epitome of helpful. He helped me understand my Bill, charges and also analyzed my plan and helped me save more money! If your looking for a rep who format beat around the bush and is straight up with you this is your guy! Thank you Alex so much!

Maria helped me at this store, and she was helpful, thorough, and very nice. She was also quite patient with me. Based on her customer service, I would highly recommend this store.
