We were looking for a good place to eat in Thorp and decided to stop in to Pippi's Firehouse Restaurant. We can honestly say that this place has the worst food we have had in a very long time!



The service was very slow, and the food did not make up for the amount of time we had to wait.



The burgers, if they were even beef, tasted no better than gas station burgers, or ones you'd order from the dollar menu at McDonald's.



The fries were barely done at all. Any lighter, and they would have been mashed potatoes. We asked the waitress to have them fried more. After 15 minutes, they were barely one shade darker.



The cheese curds were ordinary. We had to "doctor" them up with salt, pepper and mayo. they were mostly cold in the middle, and a few were so hot I almost burned my tongue



If you are looking for a good place to eat in Thorp, DO NOT go to Pippi's Firehouse Restaurant! We only gave this place one star because that's as low as you're allowed to rate.
