My wife's older Mercedes-Benz turn signal fell off going on the 101 FWY ( it was hanging out on the fender)...she called MB USA to find the closest shop and they refer her to Auto collision center... when she stopped at their location, David came out to help her...they'd open the hood and just push the lamp back on the fender... at no charge !!!... thank you guys for been so helpful and caring about... 5 stars to me

Chris was great, helped me with my claim and dealing with the insurance company. Repairs look better than before my accident.

I was refered to Auto Collision Center by my Mom. She had her vehicle repaired there and told me that she wouldn't trust anyone else. I'm glad I listened to her. They fixed my car and were very nice the whole time. I just wanted to say thank you Auto Collision Center for fixing my Honda. I will recommend everyone who has the unfortunate experience of having an accident to you. Thank you

I was directed to Auto Collision Center by my insurance company after an accident. I was told by one of the workers there that it should take about a week for my car to be fixed. Thinking that all would be well, I rented a car and went on my way. One week later I called the shop (not once during this whole ordeal did someone initiate a call to me) to find out the status of my car. "We haven't started working on it yet" said the person in charge, "we've been talking to your insurance company about what to do about your car (total it or repair it) and they said to repair it".



Okay, things happen. I was then told it would take about a week to a week and a half to fix the car. At this point, my insurance company alerted me that they would only cover my rental for another day or two. I spoke to my contact at Auto Collision and he said he would pay for the cost of renting the car. So I told him that I would downgrade to the cheapest car the rental agency had to try to squeeze a few days extra of coverage out of my insurance company and save him some $. At this point, still, I was thinking, okay things happen.



The gist of my beef with this company is that I did not get my car back until 4 weeks after I initially brought it in. I was driving around a POS car to help save costs for the repair shop and thought it would only be about a couple of weeks to fix, not FOUR WEEKS! To top it off, I continually had to call them to find out the status of my car. Finally it came time to settle up with the rental agency. What Auto Collision Center decided to cover was just the rental and not the insurance associated with renting the car (when they knew that I requested insurance coverage). So instead of them covering the cost of a normal replacement vehicle (I was driving a pretty decent car) while they worked on my car (for a month...seriously?!!?), I saved them money by getting the cheapest one the rental company had (a Hyundai Accent with no power anything) and then they refused to cover the cost of insurance (which was previously discussed). When I went back and complained about the charges, the person I normally dealt with wasn't there. Someone told me I would be contacted the following day to work it out. My written message, and a phone call from me the next day has still not been returned 3 weeks later.



The work they did was ok. However, the ordeal I went through to get some repairs completed (replace a back bumper and part of the exhaust pipe) was not. Therefore I cannot recommend this shop to anyone on Yellow Pages looking for some feedback about this place.
