Provided by YP.comI thought the people who work there were nice. I did wonder how they put up with some of the rude people who complained about tests & why they had to fill out paperwork. I wouldn't be able to be as nice as they were to the people I saw.

Provided by YP.comThey are very disorganized and impersonal. I only ended up getting horrible jobs with very low pay. I just felt like a ss# to them.
Barrington’s goal is to make placements, satisfactory to both our Clients & Applicants; while naturally we cannot place everyone who seeks our assistance, we certainly strive to give each Candidate a positive experience. If any Candidate wishes to have their particular issue addressed, a member of our management team may be contacted.

Provided by YP.comThe first day at work I got into a car accident. (not my fault) I immediately called the agency and the first thing Gaby the agent told me was "Oh, I don't know if we can hold the job for you." So much for compassion. Then after 2 weeks of work I received a phonecall from Gaby, one of the agents, on Friday night at 7pm, she told me the company no longer needs me. She was surprised I didn't contact her, because she did tell "some girl at the company" to let me know that my job has been terminated. SOME GIRL?? How about my supervisor or HR department? So nobody told me and on top of that Gaby had the nerve to tell me that she already had another position for me but since I did not call her she gave the job to someone else. Two weeks later they gave me a position at a dreadful place. I asked to be removed, after all I did not come to this world to suffer for little money. Ever since, they only offered me a job once, which was soooo far away (again with Gaby) that it would take one paycheck to get met there. Now everytime I call they quickly respond by saying, "no we have nothing at the moment, but check in anytime." When I did see a job available on Craigslist I called the agency and they told me that my resume isn't good enough. That's weird, before they repeatedly told me that I have an excellent resume. So now I know they are also revengeful.
We are always looking for ways to enhance the experience Applicants have with us. We can't place everyone in exactly the position they aspire to, but we certainly want everyone to leave knowing we do all we can. Gaby does not work in this office. Perhaps the Candidate is referring to something/someone elsewhere?
