Upon meeting with Darryl the owner, everything sounded great. Once I established service, the schedule for the first 2 weeks was inconclusive. They wanted to set the appointment day on a Monday, which didnt work for me. They gave me no other option. They are out of Simi and Im in Moorpark and they acted like I was in malibu distance wise. They even broke down how much they would be making and servicing my pool and it didnt "make sense" to send a tech out on another day. All they wouldve had to do was tell us right in the beginning that they only have one day available, take it or leave it. Lame
