YIKES!!! We needed a tux for a black tie wedding. We upgraded to the $140 tuxedo.. Unfortunately the bow tie broke after the ceremony so my husband was the only tie less man at the reception. Ugh!. Apparently their stitching came undone. These things do happen though so we rolled with it...until upon returning the tuxedo we were charged $6 for breaking the tie! My husband refused to pay the mere $6 purely due to principle. Shouldn't they have offered some kind of discount to us or at least an APOLOGY that my husband had to go tie less! . No instead we were treated rudely and condescendingly and were told we clearly broke the tie. I'm fuming!!! Again a mere apology would have gone a long way. NEVER AGAIN will we use this company!! Stay away!!!
