I received a beautiful expensive pair of Versace sunglasses for my birthday and within in a couple of months had broker the frame on them and I thought I would have to purchase a new pair, as they are my favorite sunglasses. I had called and googled several places, including Lenscrafters. I called around and didnt seem to be getting the service I was hoping for...people very short and saying just bring them in. I finally called Gabe and he told me the best time to come in and he will look at them and let me know. I walked in his office with a welcoming Hello and when I showed him my sunglasses, he said give me a few minutes and I will see if I can fix them. Within 5-10 minutes he walked out with a perfectly fixed pair of Versace's sunglasses...I was very happen with the friendliness and service of Gabe...Thank you very much!
