Provided by YP.comThe management is always looking to insult guests at the first opportunity. I have seen them being rude to lots of people and today was my day I guess. They are totally out of control. I had been in the store for about 30 minutes and was told when I went up to the counter to get my coffee refilled that I had been in the store for over 2 hours and would need to buy another coffee. The owner needs to replace these idiots stat.
