My whole house A/C unit quit making cold air a day and a half ago. After going thru U-Tube help videos, I narrowed it down to possibly being the start capacitor. After searching online for a replacement, I narrowed it down to Home Depot, but couldn't get it for almost a week (during a very hot period) I finally went to "Miracle App", where the owner not only had the part in stock, but tested the old one, which was Bad. After about 1/2 hour to install the new one I have cold air again.

This guy is awesome! So knowledgeable and has been a huge help to us over the years. My husband likes to fix things and has brought parts and pieces to him for years and he is amazing. In a lot of cases he has given us help, advice and parts for no charge. He truly loves what he's doing and it id a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who knows what customer service means!

Most knowledgeable guy in appliance parts I have ever met. Really knows his business and is very helpful. I can't see how anyone could mistake him as rude, unless those complaining were very impatient themselves. Fred is busy juggling phone calls and customers, because he is a one-man show and in high demand, but well worth the wait.

I am not sure what the disgrunters are talking about UNLESS they expect to captivate a one-person shop into as much time as they need w\o regard for others who may be waiting. Does it sometimes take a little longer to speak with him over the phone - yes, as this one-man miracle handles his customers with courtesy, integrity and takes enough time to explain how you can save money and even prints diagrams showing how to repair your unit. Try and get this type of service from ANYWHERE else. I have dealt with Fred for over 30 yrs and never once heard him be rude to anyone INCLUDING those anxious to take advantage of his knowledge and time.



He has saved his customers thousands of dollars over the yrs by his honesty\integrity.

Fred is the best! I came in for a part, and he told me to check the electrical plug before spending $159 on a part . Fred is honest, helpful and very pleasant.

Footnote to my earlier review (8/7/2009) Once again Fred has come to my rescue. From my description, determined the part needed to repair washing machine, provided detailed instructions. Result: 20-year-old washer good as new. Part was $20.00. Saved over $300 by eliminating service call. I almost can't wait for another appliance to breakdown so I can do business with Fred again. If I could, would give 10-star rating.

Im a customer, bought several parts over the last couple of years from this store. I am sorry that Racso2 had a bad experience, but I have not had any bad experiences and None of the people that I know that shop here have either. I continue to shop with conifidence. I caution everyone to know their skillsets, and know if they can do the repair without getting hurt and without damaging the machine or the new part.

Buyers Beware!

Buyers beware! This business will sell you parts that don't work and then hide behind their NO RETURNS policy. You will not get helped here. They guy there is somewhat helpful to customers before purchasing, then once he has your money, you are no longer a customer. The guy there is really, really rude too. Ask to many questions and you'll get put on hold or be told to call back so he can serve his other customers. Wait! But aren't you a customer too???Don't say you weren't warned!
