I didn't have an appointment but they were very accommodating. The tech told me me pick out my color and I was seated almost immediately. She did a wonderful job. I enjoyed my pedicure tremendously and the results were not rushed. The services are well worth its price. This is definitely one of the best nail salons I've been to and the employees are very friendly. This place surprisingly has great customer service for a nail salon.
