RUDE!! I just got off the phone with someone who works there. She told me the guy I was requesting quit, she kept repeating herself, not once, not twice, but three times. In other words, she did not understand my question enough to answer it, so she became rude with me and ended up hanging up on ME. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!! Never again will I go there!
