the first time i went into this store, i was pretty amazed coz they have pretty good clothing all kinds,,,shirt, skirt, dresses, all kinds of accessories, prices of each is reasonable. Fitting room is good, you need to ask assistance by calling their attention and they will attend to you. Again, first time i was here, staff is not as friendly, they treat you as a stranger, but, now they changed, they are pretty friendly and will approach you as they saw you what help and what you need, just tell them and they are really to give time....but now am a regular customer here coz i started to love their clothing, even some jewelries, i say simple, but stylish........they open l0 a.m.....and remember they dont refund any amount.,,,,,,,,,.............................i hope they maintain friendliness, good service, reasonable price and good quality items............................................................................................................................................

This place is great! It has a great selection of clothes, accessories, AND shoes for a fantastic price. I think my favorite has to be the dresses - their cheap and stylish. I don't spend over $20. Oh, and I love their selection of 99 cents rings and bracelets. Seriously, 99 cents. I don't have to break the bank when I'm trying to accessorize my outfit anymore. The quality of the clothes is just like any other juniors store. But with Riverland, you get more than you pay. The store is always clean and the employees are courteous and helpful when I ask them if they have more items in stock.

This store is amazing! The clothes are very cute and are a really good deal! The people there are really sweet and help me out alot! At most stores, the clearance rack is full of cheap ugly clothing, but at Riverland the clearance rack is full of cute clothes! I purchased five items at Riverland and the total price was only 50 dolloars! And right now, I am wearing a really pretty dress from there that I got for only $16!

Riverland is perfect for a cute trendy look for a cheap price. I got this really cute dress for $16. The dress looked like it could easily have been around $30 to $40. Everything is super cute and cheap.

Amazing styles for cheap!!! customer service is fine!!! they are not overbearing and can answer your questions no problem!!! you will love the pieces you pick up there!

I have been into Riverland a few times and i really like their clothes. I got 2 pairs of jeans for $32. But, the service was pretty slow. Their dressing room is sort of confusing, but still they have a lot of variety and good prices and i would shop there regularly.

The store has a good selection of clothes but the customer service is horrible!!! EVERY TIME I go in there they are rude and act like they you don't matter. Hello??? The customers are the reason you have a job. They can't answer any questions you have either...even the simple ones like "Do you have any other locations?" And there return policy is not very user friendly. You can get store credit within 10 days, however that store credit expires in 30 days. I hope the owner reads this and gives their employees a lesson in customer service.

Riverland is an amazing store it has the most modern,in-style clothing with very low prices for the depend-on-yourself-teen.The only complaint I have is that they only have three sizes: small,medium,and large.Well my sister is an extra small and I fit a large/extra large, so sometimes the sizes wont fit us but when they do they are a very flattering fit and we always get compliments on Riverland's clothes, also the women who work in the stores are typically very sweet and helpful,however i went into the riverland store in the simi valley town center and one woman was just rude and lazy,but i haven't seen her there beside on the one trip so hopefully she was fired:) so my opinion of the store is good,if you fit into typical,smaller sizes.
