Awesome!! The salesperson who helped us, Debbie, was GREAT. We could tell she really cared about us and didn't pressure us at all just to make a sale. She gave us tons of information and spent a lot of time with us just answering our questions and definitely trying to find us the best deal possible on our new mattress. There was no hesitation on our part after speaking with Debbie that we would buy a Sleep Number mattress. After leaving the store confident in our investment, we actually got a hand-written thank you note from Debbie in the mail 2 days later. Upon calling their customer service line to ask for a DVD for a family member, I was immediately connected to a helpful representative. I've never dealt with a company that was so ON-IT with their customer service. Overall a really great experience.
