Fika is a small batch, family-owned, scratch bakery in Three Lakes, Wisconsin. During the school year we're open inside Saturday & Sunday 9a-4p but bakery orders are available daily via special arrangement. We use only local, seasonal produce & high quality dry goods to create our Swedish inspired recipes. We use about 75% traditional Swedish recipes and fill in the gaps with delicious produce from local farmers and the very best chocolate chip cookies. A happy consequence of using European recipes is that everything has a bit more flavor and a bit less sugar. Fika is a Swedish coffee break, more than a cup of coffee, it's an intentional break in the day for coffee & a sweet treat. We hope you'll come fika with us very soon!
