I went out for my Birthday. Food was great but our service was not. When we finished eating our server dropped our boxed up left overs then put it all in the box again and threw out the piece that actully touch the floor. She touched our food with her hands. That was not exceptable. She didnt even say she was sorry. She was the older heavy set server. Dont ever get her to wait on you. I asked her if she would dicount the item and she said no, no way. She might have been a manager or an owner because another server came up to me and said Im so sorry. I saw the whole thing but theres nothing I could do for you. And she walked away. Food and view was great but service was not. Will be a long time before I go there again. Im recommending the gateway now to my friends for full service.

We love the food and atmosphere, but the service has got to improve. The last 2 times we were there, the service was even worse than before. On the holiday wknds. there really needs to be more help.
