My wife and I have been frequenting Pinnochio's for 4 years and have always received exceptional service to go with the even more exceptional food. The wait staff is always polite courteous attentive and upbeat. We dine out often at many other restaurants. There is no other that we can say has been better.

Having dined at Pinoccio's numveous times, this past visit will be our last. While the service has never been quick, the food has always been very good. But his past experience was beyond belief. We had 6:30 dinner reservations for a family holiday dinner, and it was clear from the start the one waitress was overwhelmed. We were patient, but then after nearly 2 hours, we were informed they had run out of 2 of the 5 meals we had ordered! At that point we left, and when we complained to the manager on our way out, he casually stated: "I don't give a f*ck about you or your family" Those were his exact words.



Keep this in mind if you are thinking about making reservations. I don't think he would care any more for your business than he did mine.
