I work as a pca and most of my patients enjoy scratch tickets to make the day go by faster . I Went in there today to cash two of them not realizeing they were losers. My patients have have illnesses that sometimes cause misjudgment. I was rudley screamed at by the women behind the counter about how her machine is now broken and talked down to in front of other customers. Instead of yelling back I apologized for not noticeing the tickets were losers but she continued to yell. Needless to say I will never go back there. I go in there three to five times a day for my patients because it is right down the road . I will be driveing the extra five minutes to the next gas station!
