Belle Epoque is THE PERFECT place for a wedding, graduation party, etc. They have excellent food, reasonable prices, and friendly staff!

We first came to Belle Epoque because we had purchased a Groupon. We were so impressed, we've been back four more times, once on Mother's Day. It was a perfect place for that, because they have the highest quality food, lovely setting, gracious service, cloth napkins, stemmed water glasses and welcoming to a family with little kids. I would, and have, recommended this place to all my friends.

I scheduled an appointment with this catering company to possibly book them for my wedding and I was very excited because the menu looks great. I drove 3 hours to three rivers from my house and when I got there the door was closed. I waited several minutes and still no one arrived and I received no calls or e-mails so I called the number on the door. The chef answered and didn't seem to know what I was talking about or that I had an appointment. He was very rude on the phone and kept giving excuses for why he was not there and made me feel as if it was somehow my fault. He then stated the scheduler had quit. I would definitly not recommend this business to anyone. A simple appology would have been acceptable but instead the chef was extremely rude and did not seem to think me driving three hours was a big deal. Very unprofessional. I am actually thankful because if I had booked this person who knows how my wedding would have turned out. I will be notifying the better business bureau but I just thought that everyone should be aware what kind of person they are dealing with.
