We actually really like the Big King Buffet. The food is better than similar restaurants in Kalamazoo. A little nicer than most Chinese buffets. Good prices. Nice people, quite clean.

When you order takeout the lady that answers the phone is extremely rude. Also she doesn't understand your order so you don't get the right meal. This has happened to me several times.

I went there tonight i was seated and that was the last time i saw my waiter the rest of the night. as a working mother the last thing i wanted to do is get more drinks and clear the table so when my family gets more plates they will fit on the table on my only night out. the food was nothing to brag about most if it was cold or dried out and dont expect them to refill any of it your whole time there.to say the lest it was awful and when i asked to see the owner all i got was he is not there and apparently none of the workers know his number and he never comes to the restaurt his own restaurt so i was told by the rude workers if you can call them that so do not recommend this to anyone save your money and night out for somewhere you will injoy and not be put to work
