Oh yes we avoid this store like the plague.

Negative experience at this store. Really! Just go somewhere else.

Rude Management. Enough said!

My husband and I will never shop at this store again. The manager was incredibly rude to use. I am trying to find who to contact to make a formal complaint.

The manager of this store cost a dear friend of ours a lot of trouble and money when his car broke down at the Dollar Tree late Friday afternoon the day after T-Day. He was a regular customer and would shop there all the time..mostly cookies.. He let the manager know he wouldn't be able to contact a garage to tow it to until after the weekend. He reassured her he would have it towed out by Monday if it was ok with her. She told him she wouldn't tow it and doesn't have cars towed from the mall parking lot and was not very concerned. When he went to have it towed on Monday the car was gone. The Dollar Tree manager that he spoke to had it impounded! He did end up take her to court. Along with the store's district manager, they convinced the judge that he abandoned his car many days before leaving it there for a week. All of this cost him hundreds and hundreds of dollars plus court costs. He can't understand why they did this but I think I do and it disgusts me!
