I have been to Foxylox Grooming two times now. Both times I've gone, my pup came back looking great, she had little bows in her hair and had a pretty nice, even hair cut. If you are simply looking for a place to get your dogs hair cut, this place will do fine. The problem I had was the treatment of my dog. The second visit, I brought my dog to the door and gave her leash to the groomer. My dog was a bit nervous to go inside so I pet her and was reassuring her that it was ok. The groomer started pulling on the leash and said "Does she know how to walk?" When I said yes, she said, "Well, she must be getting away with not walking at home" and pulled her through the door without being gentle or reassuring her. This didn't sit well with me. When I came back to get her, she looked great! The groomer told me she wasn't as good as the last time, and said again that meant she was probably getting away with being bad at home. She bumped the price up $5 just because my dog was bigger than the last time without telling me. Also, at the first visit, she had said that she accepted card, but this visit, she said cash or check only, so I had to run to town and get some money because of the lack of communication. I did not have a good experience and did not like her seeming lack of care of my dog. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you want your dog to be treated well.

Great place to have pets groomed. We have been taking our pets to them for over 4 years, both cats and dogs. They have always done a great job grooming the pets and have always been friendly and careing.
