I have to agree with the 2 above. I live here and hate this Pizza Hut. Everytime we've gone they r out of something we came there to get. They leave dirty tables to sit there, even when not busy, they dont buss them. 1 time we went a dirty table sat there the entire time my husband, my boys & I were there, no need for that nastiness. I dont want to look at others trash while I try to eat. Personally I would rather drive 20 miles down the road to the one in Frederick. I dont like the unfriendly staff at the Emmitsburg location either. U seat ur self and they dont even bring u ur 1st drink. They take ur food order and say help ur self to the drink machine. For that, they never get a tip. All they do is bring a pizza & plates to my family. They never offer to refill a drink and bring ur check to the table shortly after they brought u the food, never asking if things r ok or if we need anything else. After 2 times, we learned our lesson.

This place is always dirty, running out of food, and does not care about their customers. I noticed unsanitary practices while I was in the store. Both times I visited this place I was disappointed when compared to what I usually recieve from Pizza Hut. The second time my order was wrong and I got sick soon after eating it. I have sworn off the Thurmont Pizza Hut and you should too. Do yourself a favor and go to Fratelli's or Rocky's. Both of these establishments blow Pizza Hut away in terms of quality food and hospitality.
