Provided by YP.comGo for a great day on the water, or a Sunday Funday...
We went on a Saturday morning for brunch with our preschooler and my parents. The sun was shining and the patio was still fairly empty at 10:30am so we were excited to sit outside and bask in the rare sunshine.
The brunch menu was surprisingly limited, and the kid's breakfast menu was pretty much nonexistent. I either had the choice of giving my kid eggs and bacon, or buying him a $15 waffle off the adult menu. Um, yeah, we went with a grilled cheese.
We all focused on the eggs benedict, which according to our waitress was the best thing on the menu. I got mine on a dungeness crab cake and while surprised at the simplicity of the plate when it arrived (literally just 2 poached eggs on crab cakes with Hollendaise Sauce) the food was pretty damn good. Everyone else at the table enjoyed their meals immensely... so simplicity can be a good thing as long as the ingredients are good... right?
The food was overpriced, but seriously, you're paying for the view, the ambiance and the comradrerie. I hear that on Sunday this place real blows up, so watch out if you don't want to wait forever for your food!
